Hey guys/gals. I'm Cameron, my buddy Kyle told me about this website.

I'm 19, currently don't have a car, but am saving for a down payment on a new VW GTi, can't wait to get it! Once I have pictures I will post em for sure!

I live out in Kennesaw, anything you wanna know just ask!

I haven't had a car, working my ass off for the down payment..haha. I hate asking my parents for money being that they don't have a lot of money to throw around..so I am saving for myself. I feel I will take better care of it like that also, because it's MY money going into it..instead of like..someone elses money.

Very true... when it's your hard earned money that you're putting into it, it tends to get better care.

I'm wanting a new 2010 one! Saving up a nice lump sum for a nice down payment. But I work in a millwork at the moment(I'm only 19, good job for the time being) and I will be going to college in the spring hopefully. I will be taking loans out for that, so I've got extra money laying around..I could either spend money on fixing a POS car, or I could get a new car, and save the hassle of it shitting out on me Very Happy

But yes I agree 100%. I hate the "mommy and daddy spoiling me" fund...SO many people out there like this..

I have loved cars since I was in like 5th grade...just have never been able to really "work" on cars...so I wouldn't know what I was doing..otherwise, I would be glad to do the work myself! I just want it done right..haha

Change of plans I think...may be wasting money..however..I may try to snag a nice 240sx before I move onto the V-Dub. Just as a starting car to get into the scene with..and actually not worry about screwing anything up that I work on..haha.

I'm on 240atlanta as EonBlue. Just been watching over the used car section mostly. Small talk, stupid comments..etc. Haha, but there are a few nice 240's on there for sale, for like 6k. Wishing I had about 6k right about now..

Awesome! I don't really have the time to start with a shell..otherwise I would rather build it myself..being that I don't have the time, nor funds to start with a shell(we all know it costs way more to build it yourself than it does to buy one. Haha) I will try to snag a nice one, and do little things to it that would "make it my own" so to speak
